About 1 Polymer Source Inc.

Our Vision

Established in 2000, 1 Polymer Source, Inc. was founded with an entrepreneurial vision centered on sustainability, innovation, and resource optimization. What began as a unique business producing decorative snowflake materials for the film industry using recycled materials quickly evolved into a broader mission of creating value through post-industrial recycling solutions.


For over 26 years, 1 Polymer Source has provided recycling opportunities, sourcing solutions, and material management resources for the post-industrial market. Through strong industry relationships and a commitment to responsible material recovery, we have helped manufacturers reduce waste, maximize material value, and improve operational efficiency.


As our business expanded, so did our portfolio of services. We entered the freight and logistics sector with the development of 1PSARMOUR, providing innovative freight protection and transportation-related solutions designed to improve reliability and performance throughout the supply chain.

Recognizing the evolving needs of local businesses, we also established JNB Commercial & Industrial Sales, a service-focused division dedicated to supporting companies with inventory management, material stocking, procurement support, and scheduled delivery services. By helping customers maintain critical supplies and streamline operations, JNB allows businesses to focus on what they do best while we manage the details.

At 1 Polymer Source Inc. our mission is to promote a one stop shop offering solutions for recycling, compound and additives, custom toll services, and storage.  

Compound and Additives


We offer capstock, substrate, additive and purge solutions for the PVC rigid market. 


Custom Toll Services

  

We provide toll grinding services for the plastics industry. We have the ability to regrind plastic parts up to 4 feet wide and reduce to 3/8” and 5/16” .  We have smaller options for PET bottles and preforms.  


Warehousing Services

  

Utilize our well maintained and efficient warehouse that is located close to I-70 in Richmond, Indiana.  We offer inventory management services, cross docking, and shipping/receiving options. 


Recycling Assessment


1 Polymer Source would be happy to provide a FREE recycling assessment of the materials you purchase and the materials that are going to the landfill. The following are some of the processes involved:


  • Monthly reporting of materials received
  • Perform quarterly recycling audits of plant, warehouse, office and break-room areas
  • Participate in promoting sustainability initiatives in partnership like presentations, education, sponsoring recycling activities
